Are you an exceptional Office and Facilities Manager looking to step into a pivotal role within a high-profile professional services environment? We’re working with a leading law firm based in the heart of the City of London who are seeking an accomplished and highly organised individual to take charge of their office and client suite operations.

This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm in a full-time, fully office-based role where you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of their London office. You’ll be the linchpin between internal teams, external suppliers, and high-value clients – bringing operational excellence, first-class presentation, and a people-first mindset to the table.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking full ownership of the day-to-day facilities and client suite operations
  • Leading a team of support staff and overseeing supplier and contractor relationships
  • Ensuring clients receive a seamless five-star experience from arrival to departure
  • Managing office services including IT support coordination, procurement, post, space planning, and general maintenance
  • Driving compliance with health & safety legislation and internal risk protocols
  • Acting as the go-to for stakeholders across all levels – with your credibility and professionalism front and centre

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in office and facilities management, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
  • A confident people manager with a hands-on approach
  • Highly organised with strong commercial awareness and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Sound knowledge of HSE regulations and a track record of compliance management
