Tilewood School is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our administration team and keep daily operations running smoothly across reception and office services. You will oversee admissions, pupil records, safeguarding compliance, and financial transactions, while working closely with the Headteacher to create a well-organised, safe environment for pupils, families and staff.
This role requires QTS/PGCE, strong leadership, and a proactive, people‑focused mindset.

We're looking for a proactive, highly organised and people-focused Office Manager to join our specialist school. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our leadership support team, working closely with the Head of Service to ensure the school operates efficiently, compliantly and professionally every day.
As our Office Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of school administration, lead and develop a dedicated administration team, and play a vital role in supporting staff, pupils, families and visitors. Your work will directly contribute to creating a safe, welcoming and well‑organised environment where everyone can flourish.

Tilewood School is a brand-new specialist school, part of Options Autism, opening in April 2027. The school will provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for up to 72 pupils.
