Job summary

The Howard Partnership Trust in Leatherhead is seeking a passionate Office Manager to lead the office team.

You will act as PA to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, manage diary appointments and meeting arrangements, and handle confidential queries.

The role is 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, Monday to Friday, with safeguarding and data protection responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Educated to A Level or equivalent.
  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Previous relevant work experience.
