Job summary

Storal is recruiting a Nursery Office Manager to support the Nursery Manager at Horton General Hospital, Banbury. The role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at a rate of £13.65 per hour. You will join a dedicated team committed to delivering a superb nursery experience for families.

The job focuses on administrative excellence, IT systems support, safeguarding awareness, and strong communication with parents while helping to manage enquiries, tours and staff ratios.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of IT systems.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Experience of working in a similar administrative role, preferably in an early years or school setting.
• Understand safeguarding importance.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Working collaboratively with the Nursery Manager to assist the successful running of the nursery.
• Working as part of a passionate team to further develop existing organisation and IT skills.
• Interacting with parents on a daily basis including delivering a superb experience for both current and prospective families.
• Supporting the enquiry management process including nursery tour.
• Working with the manager in managing staff ratios effectively.
