Meridian Business Support Ltd is recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our Rochdale branch. The role is office-based, full-time, with a salary of £26,000 to £28,000 per year and a 37.5-hour week.

It offers full training, support from the Branch Manager and a clear path to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role, with potential bonus payments as you develop and contribute to the team’s success.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Confident speaking to people on the phone.
• Willingness to learn and develop in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Advertise vacancies across relevant job boards to attract candidates.
• Source candidates, review CVs and shortlist against requirements.
• Telephone screening and arranging interviews.
• Communicate with clients and candidates by phone to build relationships.
• Handle compliance checks and candidate registrations.
• Maintain CRM records and recruitment activity.
• Support day-to-day desk operations with the Branch Manager.
• Deliver a high standard of service to clients and candidates.
