You will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, with an initial salary of £27,000–£28,000 per year and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a business development or sales role, with a track record of meeting KPIs and targets.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• A confident, no-fear approach to calling and engaging with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn, networking and job boards.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability and match for each role.
• Manage the full recruitment process from interview scheduling to offer.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Grow your personal brand by exceeding targets and establishing yourself as a market specialist.
