Job summary

Streamline Search is seeking a Sales Advisor/Estimator for their office-based team. You will produce accurate quotations and handle customer enquiries to support orders for window and door hardware. Based in the United Kingdom, the role runs Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a salary up to £27,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in office-based customer service, order-processing, or sales support.
• Confident, professional telephone manner.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Outlook skills.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and orders via telephone, email and fax, ensuring prompt processing.
• Manage web orders, liaise with warehouse and couriers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide product support and develop product knowledge through training.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations with correct pricing and margins.
• Manage quotation pipeline and follow up outstanding quotations.
• Analyse purchasing activity to identify cross-selling and growth opportunities.
• Review margins as you gain competence and support technical calls.
• Handle overflow sales calls and arrange samples and follow-ups.
