Job summary

Your Mortgage Recruiter in Birmingham is seeking an employed Mortgage and Protection Broker to handle Residential and BTL cases, with potential to write Commercial Mortgage and Bridging Finance in the future. The role offers a structured, Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 to 17:00 with a lunch break, and no weekend work.

You will receive client leads, admin and compliance support, and ongoing training, with a competitive salary of 35k–45k plus uncapped monthly commission, giving a realistic OTE

Qualifications

Current independent market mortgage and protection advising experience is essential.
CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is required.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Strong organisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide independent whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to clients.
Receive qualified client leads; no need for your own client base.
Get administration and compliance support from in-house team to focus on clients.
Participate in training and development, including potential expansion into Commercial Mortgage and Bridging Finance.
