Mtrp Ltd is recruiting an M&E Manager to join their team on healthcare and education schemes valued at £10m+. This is an office-based role with occasional site visits, based in or commutable to Cheshire.

You will have solid experience as Building Services Manager or M&E Manager, with the ability to interpret drawings, contribute to PCSA, and engage in procurement to drive project success within a market-leading contractor known for client relationships, stability, and margins.

Qualifications

• Experience as Building Services Manager or M&E Manager on healthcare/education schemes valued at £10m+
• Ability to read drawings and contribute to PCSA
• Involvement in procurement processes and supplier liaison

Responsibilities

• Oversee M&E coordination on healthcare and education schemes
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and site teams
• Lead procurement and supplier engagement for project delivery
• Ensure drawings and PCSA are accurately interpreted and applied
