Confidential in Bradford (BD4) is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator for a site-based role within a small, friendly team. You will work from the office, coordinating daily logistics with the warehouse, tracking stock, orders and dispatch, and liaising with transport providers to keep fulfilment running smoothly.

This permanent, full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with no weekend work, offering a salary of 29,100.

Qualifications

• Computer literate with intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Confident liaising with internal stakeholders and departments; professional handling of queries.
• Experience coordinating deliveries or collections in logistics.
• Ability to prioritise and manage a busy, varied workload.
• Strong cultural fit in a small, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics from the office, working with warehousing to track stock, orders and dispatch.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and act as day-to-day contact for a major UK retailer as the key customer.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections with transport providers to meet schedule.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting using MS Excel.
