Loom Talent is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator on behalf of a consolidation centre operator in Bradford, working at the heart of their day-to-day warehousing and distribution activity for a major UK retailer.

This is a site-based, office role within a small, close-knit team, requiring daily interaction with the warehousing team, transport providers and colleagues across different departments to keep fulfilment running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating day-to-day logistics activity from the office, working closely with the warehousing team to track stock, orders and dispatch
• Managing stakeholder relationships and liaising with different departments across the business, as well as acting as a day-to-day point of contact for a major UK retailer as the key customer
• Working with transport providers to arrange and coordinate deliveries and collections to schedule
• Prioritising and managing a varied workload across multiple orders, requests and deadlines, while maintaining accurate records and reporting using MS Excel

What we're looking for:

• Computer literate, with at minimum intermediate MS Excel skills
• Confident liaising with internal stakeholders and different departments, and handling customer queries professionally
• Experience working with transport and coordinating deliveries or collections
• Able to prioritise and manage a busy, varied workload
