We work with major national accounts across a range of sectors, many with demanding compliance, security, and safety requirements.
We're looking for an experienced compliance professional to join us on a full time basis, owning our QHSE framework and helping us maintain the standards our clients expect.
What you'll be doing:

- Lead our progression toward ISO 27001 accreditation
- Carry out regular internal audits across company processes, workshop safety, and site operations, identifying and driving corrective actions
Health & Safety
- Develop, review, and approve RAMS for site works
- Ensure compliance with working at height regulations, CDM Regulations 2015, workshop safety standards, and wider H&S legislation
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents; manage RIDDOR reporting and lead root cause analysis and CAPA
- Maintain our H&S management system, policies, and documentation
Client & Regulated-Site Compliance
- Ensure compliance with site-specific requirements for MoD and other restricted/regulated client sites, including managing SC/BPSS vetting and clearance processes for relevant staff
- Act as primary point of contact for accreditation bodies, client compliance teams, and regulatory inspectors
- Vet subcontractors and suppliers for compliance before site engagement — RAMS, insurance, competency, and accreditation status
What you'll bring:
- Proven compliance/QHSE experience in an on-site engineering, construction, or industrial services environment
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001; ISO 27001 experience highly desirable

- Solid grasp of RAMS development, working at height regulations, CDM 2015, and workshop safety practice
- Experience investigating incidents and handling RIDDOR reporting
- Experience with MoD or other regulated/defence site accreditation, and familiarity with SC/BPSS clearance processes, is a strong advantage
- Experience vetting subcontractors/suppliers for compliance and competency
- Some HR generalist exposure — onboarding, training coordination, employee relations (CIPD desirable, not essential)
- Experience contributing to tenders and PQQs
- Strong audit and report-writing skills with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator, equally comfortable with site engineers, senior management, clients, and external auditors
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as required
