Job summary

TLT LLP is recruiting for Contract Senior Paralegals to join the Retail Mortgage Services (RMS) Team in Belfast for a 3-6 month contract. The role is full time from the Belfast office and paid a day rate via an Umbrella Company.

You will manage end-to-end case work, prepare documentation, liaise with clients and third parties, and ensure accurate case management and timely billing. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years paralegal experience, a law degree or equivalent, excellent communication

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of previous paralegal experience.
• A Law degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• Accuracy, good organisational skills, ability to operate in a fast paced environment and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Fee earning end to end case work including own cases allocated under supervision.
• Prepare documentation and liaise with clients, customers and third parties to progress cases within SLA.
• Draft and review correspondence and manage key dates.
• Ensure case management system is updated to enable data capture and MI.
• Deliver excellent client service through effective case management and billing.
