Jupiter Recruitment in Birmingham is seeking a committed HR Recruiter to join the main office of a care company. The role is office based from 9am to 5pm with an excellent salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum and generous benefits.

You will post adverts, conduct interviews, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, handle DBS checks, and maintain HR records while supporting compliance with training and CQC standards. Previous recruitment experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have previous recruitment experience.
• Experience advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates using ATS, job boards, and social media.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR.
• Knowledge of health and social care.
• Understanding of CQC requirements and safer recruitment.
• Familiar with sponsorship, right-to-work checks, and interview formats.

Responsibilities

• Post suitable adverts to attract candidates.
• Sit in on and carry out interviews.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding.
• Process DBS checks, references and right-to-work documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Support compliance with CQC standards and mandatory training requirements.
• Provide administrative support for employee relations processes.
• Support payroll administration and reporting.
• Produce HR reports.
