Let's Play are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to support our ever-growing childcare business across the UK, working directly with the Director's, Management and Office Administrator in supporting administrative duties and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the business.

Daily Tasks Will Include

  • Promptly responding to customer service enquiries, managing bookings and payments, HR duties, general set up of each upcoming holiday camp period and assisting the Director's, Management and Office Administrator in the day-to-day operations.

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills & Customer care
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Punctual, Reliable & Committed
  • Strong Organisational skills
  • Experience in office management or PA role
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent grammar skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working in HR
  • Experience working with children
  • NVQ Level 3 (Administration) or equivalent

Duties & Responsibilities For This Role

  • Prompt and supporting communications with parent/carers via email and telephone (customers)
  • Supporting the Directors in day-to-day operations
  • HR duties
  • Managing the online booking system
  • Regular and efficient communication with Directors and staff
  • To understand the individual needs of the children in our care when liaising with parent/carers, being empathetic and understanding.
  • To be committed and passionate in your role.

Working Hours

  • Term Time: 27.5 hours per week - Wednesday to Friday
  • School Holiday Periods: 50 hours per week, 7:30am until 5:30pm - Monday to Friday

  • A new laptop, work phone and printer.
  • Opportunities for progression and additional work opportunities.
  • Free childcare (if you have children) aged 5 - 12 in the children's holiday periods.
