A leading insurance agency in Winchester seeks an Office Administrator to support Account Executives with insurance renewals and administration. About the role:
Role Purpose The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in the organisation by providing support to Account Executives in managing insurance renewals and post-renewal administration. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet business KPIs.
Key Accountabilities:
Setting Insurance Renewal Appointments - Collaborate with customers and Account Executives to schedule renewal appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
Use effective communication skills to gather necessary information and address any queries or concerns raised by customers.
Renewal Preparation Administration - Assist Account Executives in preparing for insurance renewals by gathering and organizing relevant client information, policy documents, and other required materials.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all necessary documentation for the renewal process.
Post Renewal Administration - Complete post-renewal administration tasks in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and the client management system.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all post-renewal documentation is filed appropriately.
Processing Mid-Term Adjustments - Handle mid-term adjustments on behalf of Account Executives, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client requests.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the necessary changes are implemented smoothly.
Other business support - Supporting the business when high-call volumes impact the ability to adequately service our client base.
Experience Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, - Account Executives, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and client management software.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development, including obtaining necessary licensing in motor and personal insurance.
