Job summary

Co-op Academy Swinton is seeking a friendly, organised Academy Accounts Administrator to join our on-site team. You will ensure the smooth transition of on-site activities to deliver day-to-day financial administrative procedures and also provide vital administrative support to the academy’s daily operations in a busy environment.

The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and possess excellent communication skills to work effectively with staff, students and parents in a welcoming school

Qualifications

  • Experience in financial administration within an education setting is preferred.
  • Good communication—written and verbal—and a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site financial administrative procedures for daily operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the academy team and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in financial reporting as required.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Academy Accounts Administrator to join our team.

As the Academy Accounts Administrator, you will ensure the smooth transition of on site activities to deliver day to day financial administrative procedures . You will also provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the academy's daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a busy, dynamic environment.

We are seeking a warm, approachable, and organised individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in a busy school environment.
