Please note - the working hours for this role are 8:00am-6pm & offers 4 days in the office and 1 from home.

What would I be doing day to day?

  • Greeting all clients/guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Managing the reception inbox
  • Supporting the EA/OM with admin duties, and administrative support to the team
  • Clearing meeting rooms and maintaining the office space
  • Sorting the weekly food shop
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects/events
  • Ad hoc office management support

What is the company looking for?

  • Ideally you have 1+ years experience working within corporate/office environment
  • Someone that is seeking a permanent role long term.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
  • Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
