Office Administrator

Stirling | Part-Time | 25 Hours per Week

The Role

As Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You will provide administrative support to the leadership team and wider business, helping maintain efficient processes and a positive working environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
  • Coordinating diaries, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Preparing documents, reports and correspondence
  • Maintaining office supplies and overseeing office facilities
  • Supporting HR and finance processes with accurate record keeping
  • Assisting with onboarding of new employees
  • Providing wider administrative support across the business as required
About You
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple tasks and working independently
  • An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Friendly, approachable and committed to delivering high-quality support
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
