Job summary

Sulzer Leeds is recruiting an Administrator to be the friendly first point of contact for visitors, customers and colleagues. You’ll deliver front-of-house support, coordinate meetings, manage phones, and help keep the site running smoothly.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with multiple departments, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to resolving issues while maintaining a safe, customer‑focussed environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administration or assistant roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail with organisational ability.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage front-of-house activities.
  • Handle incoming calls and customer queries/complaints with timely resolution.
  • Coordinate meeting room management and site communications.
  • Maintain business systems (SAP, Concur, Egencia, Softworks) and produce reports.
  • Support wellbeing initiatives and visitor logistics; clock cards and parking permits.
  • Contribute to emergency procedures and safe working practices.
  • Ensure a consistently excellent customer experience across touchpoints.
