In this role the Office Administrator will provide support across the finance and office management team. Key responsibilities include liaising with suppliers, managing plant hire procurement, and overseeing purchase orders, inventory, and delivery schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, confident telephone manner, excellent communication and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:
*Administration support across finance and office management
*Liaise with suppliers and carry out procurement tasks for plant hire equipment
*Manage purchase orders, inventory, and delivery schedules

The Person:
*Administration or coordination background
*Experience in the plant hire, construction or engineering is highly desirable but not essential
*Highly organised
*Excellent written and verbal communication, and a strong telephone manner
*Computer literate
*Cardiff based
