Isle of Man Government is seeking an Off-Is-Island Referrals Manager to lead a dedicated team and coordinate referrals for patients travelling off-island for specialist care.

As the Off-Island Referrals Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team responsible for coordinating and managing referrals for patients travelling off-island for specialist care. Working closely with healthcare professionals, tertiary centres and transport providers, you'll ensure patients receive a seamless, safe and well-coordinated service while supporting the development of a central referrals function that will help shape the future of healthcare delivery across the Island.

You'll manage day-to-day operations, support staff development, contribute to new processes and systems, and work with key stakeholders to enhance patient experience, improve safety and drive continuous improvement across the service.
