NEOS Engineering is seeking a Heavy Plant Fitter for our Birmingham site. You will service, maintain and repair ADTs and heavy plant machinery, working closely with an experienced engineering team to keep equipment at peak performance.

NEOS Engineering are working with a well-known OEM who are looking to add 2 x Plant Fitters to their team in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for a Plant Fitter who wants to develop their knowledge and skillset while working directly with a main manufacturer.
The ideal candidate will come from a Heavy Plant, Construction Plant, Agricultural or similar engineering background, with experience working on machinery such as JCB, CAT, Komatsu, Sennebogen or similar. You will ideally hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant Maintenance, Agricultural Engineering or a related discipline.
The role will involve servicing, maintaining, repairing and preparing ADTs and associated machinery, working from the Birmingham site alongside an experienced engineering team. The company offers excellent manufacturer training, giving successful candidates the opportunity to develop their skills on complex machinery.
