You will partner with cross-functional teams, oversee dealer appointments, and manage relations with investors and franchise partners to deliver high-impact network initiatives across the UK market.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in the automotive industry with dealer network experience.
• Experience in dealer network development, regional management, or dealer performance.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation capabilities.
• Knowledge of UK automotive retail and franchise networks.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the UK dealer network strategy.
• Identify opportunities for network expansion and optimisation through market analysis.
• Manage dealer appointments, investor relationships, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor dealer performance and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and support dealership development projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Aftersales teams to deliver network initiatives.
