Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - OE Team Lead to join the Bristol-based OE value stream. You will lead process improvement, oversee HS&E compliance and drive Right First Time across engine and module assembly activities for the Defence portfolio.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will develop talent, manage cross-functional activities and optimise digital systems and manufacturing processes to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified engineer with UK minimum HND/foundation degree or equivalent.
• UK IEng or CEng accreditation preferred where available.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and enabling software tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HS&E compliance and resolve health, safety and product safety issues.
• Drive zero defects and Right First Time across manufacturing.
• Plan and manage teams, resources and costs to meet project timescales.
• Develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes and digital systems.
• Coach and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team.
