Job summary

Brunel University of London is seeking an experienced administrator to support organisational development and development initiatives. You will manage learning programmes, inductions, wellbeing activities and reporting, ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused service.

The role is based at Brunel's Uxbridge Campus with hybrid working and exposure to Oracle and Brunel’s learning systems, contributing to continuous service improvement. Closing date 15 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or coordination roles in a busy environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with HR or learning systems is advantageous.
• Proactive, dependable and customer-focused with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Organising learning and development programmes, activities and events.
• Coordinating colleague induction and onboarding and mandatory training.
• Supporting wellbeing and engagement activities across Brunel.
• Answering enquiries, coordinating bookings and maintaining learning records.
• Producing routine reports and supporting Oracle/learning system administration.
