Job summary

Rhenus Logistics seeks an Ocean Product Strategy lead to drive the commercial and product strategy, translating global ocean freight plans into local market actions and guiding sales on focus lanes and pricing.

You will monitor margins, optimise costs and ensure pricing policy compliance while working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, results-driven environment. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in an ocean product or ocean pricing role.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent English communication, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial and product strategy for Ocean products.
• Translate global ocean freight strategies to local market conditions and guide sales on focus lanes and pricing.
• Monitor gross margins and profitability to expand margins and optimise costs.
• Own pricing for RFQs and tender management, ensuring up-to-date tariff framework and accurate pricing.
