Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT).
• HCPC registration required.
• Experience in clinical placements and CPD.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement OT interventions for a designated caseload.
• Engage patients and carers in treatment planning and goal setting.
• Prescribe and fit equipment, considering cost implications.
• Maintain up-to-date records and comply with standards.
• Deliver OT care across diverse environments (home, hospital, school, work).
