Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking a highly motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver comprehensive assessments and interventions for older people, vulnerable adults, children, and families. The role supports people to remain in their own homes, with supervision from HCPC registered OT managers and opportunities for professional development.

Qualificações

• HCPC registration is required.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Experience in occupational therapy assessments and interventions.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct a full range of OT assessments and interventions.
• Deliver reablement, moving and handling guidance, and equipment/adaptations assessments.
• Provide advice and support to carers and families.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and cross-team collaboration.
