Qualifications

• Must be HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for individuals needing aids and adaptations.
• Prescribe and plan major adaptations as per standards.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective delivery of adaptations.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.
• Support service users to maximize independence at home.

Skills
