Job summary

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join a Hospital Team based in Wigan. This role involves assessing and supporting adults and/or paediatrics in their homes, promoting independence through rehabilitation, reablement and sensible adaptations.

You will assess clients at home, develop and implement care plans, use rehab techniques, arrange equipment and adaptations, and collaborate with healthcare professionals and families.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC registration evidenced.
• Experience in social care and home assessments.
• Knowledge of rehab, reablement, and adaptations.
• Strong communication skills.
