Job summary

Johnson Matthey is seeking an Occupational Health Technician to join the OH team in Royston, Hertfordshire, with travel to multiple JM sites. The fixed-term role runs until 31 August 2027 and focuses on health surveillance, records management and vaccination support.

You will work within a team to protect employee health, ensure regulatory compliance and support wellbeing across Royston and other JM locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in health care with technical skills such as audiometry, spirometry, urinalysis and vital signs.
• Ability to perform vision screening, phlebotomy and basic health measurements.
• Proficient with OH databases and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver health surveillance and screening programmes per policies.
• Administer tests and vaccinations per Department guidelines.
• Maintain accurate OH records and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HR and EHS for employee wellbeing.
• Travel between Royston, Brimsdown, Cambridge and Sonning sites.
