Johnson Matthey Plc is seeking an Occupational Health Technician to join the OH team across multiple sites. The role involves conducting health surveillance tests, assisting in planning and administering health screening programmes, and maintaining accurate OH records.

The candidate will travel to JM sites including Royston, Brimsdown, Cambridge and Sonning, with a focus on protecting employee health and ensuring compliance with health protocols and data protection guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in health surveillance tests and OH records management.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with HR and managers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver health surveillance/screening programmes (audiometry, spirometry, urinalysis, vision screening).
• Administer tests or vaccinations per protocols and Department guidelines.
• Maintain confidential OH records accurately.
• Ensure data protection and medical confidentiality compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, EHS, managers, and employees.
