OH Medical are seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Health Physician to join our supportive and forward-thinking client. This is a part-time, permanent role suited for a qualified physician who is passionate about promoting workplace health and wellbeing. The role is primarily home-based, with occasional travel required across Kent, Sussex, and Essex.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Occupational Health assessments, including case management and health surveillance.

• Provide clinical advice to managers, HR, and clients on health-related issues and fitness for work.

• Deliver high-quality reports and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

• Support the wider OH team in maintaining clinical governance and best practice.

• Promote proactive approaches to employee health and wellbeing.

Requirements

• GMC-registered Medical Doctor with a qualification or significant experience in Occupational Health.

• Strong communication and report-writing skills.

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Willingness to travel occasionally within the South East (Kent, Sussex, Essex).

• IT literate with the ability to manage remote clinical systems.
