Optima Health is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care across our clinic locations and client sites in the region. You will be involved in immunisations, phlebotomy, medicals, health surveillance, and pre-employment assessments.

The role requires strong IT skills, careful record-keeping, and the ability to travel between sites. A UK driving licence and NMC registration are essential.

Formación

• Registered Nurse status with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Experience delivering IMS and vaccination programmes.
• Competency in phlebotomy (taking blood samples).
• Experience conducting Fit for Work medicals.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using clinical systems.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality clinical care in line with evidence-based practice.
• Undertake IMS and vaccination programmes safely and confidently.
• Carry out phlebotomy procedures and Fit for Work medical assessments.
• Attend and support multiple client sites as required.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records.
• Report and manage incidents, near misses, and complaints in line with company policies.
• Participate in audits and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development activities
