Resourcing Ltd is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join the expanding team, delivering high-quality health services across clinic settings and client sites. You will support employee health, wellbeing, and safe work clearance, liaising with clients and colleagues to maintain high standards of care.

The role emphasises independent work within a collaborative team, travel between sites, and ongoing professional development through audits and CPD.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse status with the NMC.
• Experience delivering IMS and vaccination programmes.
• Competency in phlebotomy (blood samples).
• Experience conducting Fit for Work medicals.
• Strong IT skills with clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care in line with evidence-based practice.
• Undertake IMS and vaccination programmes safely and confidently.
• Carry out phlebotomy and Fit for Work medical assessments.
• Attend and support multiple client sites as required.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records.
• Report and manage incidents, near misses, and complaints per company policies.
• Participate in audits and contribute to service improvement.
• Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Work independently while supporting a team environment.
• Participate in clinical supervision and CPD activities.
