HCA Healthcare UK is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor (qualified nurse) to join our team in a hybrid/remote role. You will perform OH assessments and mental health evaluations, advising on workplace adjustments and supporting OH inductions and case management within a corporate setting.

Ideal candidates will have OH experience, NMC registration, and strong communication skills, with a proactive attitude and a passion for building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Carry out occupational health assessments and mental health evaluations/stress risk assessments related to work environment.
• Provide advice on workplace adjustments for employees/clients.
• Devise and support occupational health initiatives and employment law considerations.
• Support on OH inductions and 1:1 work to improve HR referrals and case outcomes.
• Contribute to a corporate setting and distance case management team.
