Job summary

Greys Specialist Recruitment is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor for an in-house role at a single-site in Newcastle. You will conduct management referrals, fitness-to-work assessments, and health surveillance to support employee health and safety.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.
• Occupational Health qualification (e.g., Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health).
• Strong experience in Occupational Health nursing.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management referrals and provide expert advice on employee health.
• Carry out fitness-to-work assessments and health surveillance.
• Promote health & wellbeing initiatives within the workplace.
• Act as a key contact for all occupational health matters.
