Job summary

Greys Specialist Recruitment is assisting a national industry leader to fill an in-house Occupational Health Nurse Advisor role at a single Ipswich site. This part-time, permanent position offers stability within a supportive team and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will hold RGN with active NMC, an occupational health qualification, and proven experience delivering fitness-to-work assessments, health surveillance, and health initiatives while collaborating with managers and employees.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.
• Occupational Health qualification (e.g., Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health).
• Strong experience in Occupational Health nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management referrals and provide expert advice on employee health.
• Carry out fitness‑to‑work assessments and health surveillance.
• Promote health & wellbeing initiatives within the workplace.
• Act as a key contact for all occupational health matters.
• Work closely with managers, employees, and other departments to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
