Job summary

Greys Specialist Recruitment in Swindon is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to provide expert health advice within an in-house team. This full-time, permanent role offers on-site duties at a single Swindon site with no travel.

The successful candidate will be a Registered General Nurse (NMC registered) with an Occupational Health qualification and strong OH nursing experience, offering excellent communication and collaboration with managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.
• Occupational Health qualification (e.g., Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health).
• Strong experience in Occupational Health nursing.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management referrals and provide expert advice on employee health.
• Carry out fitness-to-work assessments and health surveillance.
• Promote health & wellbeing initiatives within the workplace.
• Act as a key contact for all occupational health matters.
• Work closely with managers, employees, and other departments to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
• Visit different departments within the business to support employees on-site.
• Work as part of a friendly, UK-wide Occupational Health team.
