Job summary

Abbott Occupational Health is recruiting an Occupational Health Advisor based in Crewe to work in a medical centre and on customer sites. You will deliver a full range of occupational health duties including case management, medicals, health surveillance and wellbeing services, while mentoring other professionals and supporting clinical governance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health with NMC registration progress evidence.
• Desirable HAVS qualification and sample collection experience.
• Excellent organization to manage diverse customers and demands.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between sites and support clients on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of Occupational Health duties including case management, medicals, health surveillance and wellbeing services.
• Provide advice to managers and HR on sickness absence, risk assessment and return-to-work.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and best practice in Occupational Health.
• Mentor other health professionals and support clinical governance.
