Job summary

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor (Registered Nurse) based at Sandwell Council House, Oldbury. You will join our in-house Occupational Health and Wellbeing Team to support employee health, influence service improvements and shape the future direction of Occupational Health across the organisation.

You will undertake health assessments, provide fitness for work advice, support sickness absence management, and produce professional OH reports.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong report-writing and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A proactive approach and commitment to delivering a high-quality service.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Health Advisor to join our friendly and supportive in-house Occupational Health and Wellbeing Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a developing Occupational Health Service where you will play a key role in supporting employee wellbeing, influencing service improvements, and helping to shape the future direction of Occupational Health across the organisation.

Desirable:
