Allied Bakeries is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to deliver an exceptional health service across the site, maintaining health surveillance compliance and carrying out fitness assessments.

Working closely with HR and line managers, you will promote health and wellbeing, manage absence, and provide timely and expert occupational health advice. The role emphasises rapid, pragmatic solutions and strong stakeholder relationships.

Formación

• RGN status (Part 3) plus recognised Occupational Health qualification.
• Competent and up-to-date with surveillance requirements.
• Ability to provide appropriate expert, timely, effective and practicable Occupational Health advice.
• The ability to build effective relationships, and the credibility to offer pragmatic solutions whilst influencing.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional Occupational Health service across the site, including health surveillance compliance and fitness assessments.
• Promote health and wellbeing and manage absence and ill-health cases in collaboration with HR and line managers.
• Coordinate health promotion campaigns and provide health education through written information and training sessions.
• Maintain surveillance KPIs for submission to the central Health & Safety team.
• Maintain strong relationships with the wider Occupational Health and Health & Safety network teams.
