Job summary

Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client’s on-site team in Southampton. The role is permanent, 4-5 days per week, with a full OH remit including case management, health surveillance and clinical assessments.

You will work within a supportive team, mentor OH Nurses, and deliver a high-quality service to the client. NMC registration and OH experience are essential; OH degree/diploma is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) registration and Occupational Health experience.
• Experience delivering health surveillance, audiometry, spirometry, and case management is essential.
• OH qualification (degree or diploma) desirable but not required).

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–3 OH cases per day as part of a full OH remit.
• Provide health surveillance and audiometry/spirometry assessments.
• Support and mentor OH nurses within the team.
• Conduct safety critical medicals and PPQ checks as required.
