Job summary

NHS Jobs is seeking an Obstetrics Advanced Practitioner in Ultrasound to join the Trust’s ultrasound department. You will perform obstetric, gynecological and general ultrasound examinations, issue reports, and contribute to patient care.

You will lead in practical training of trainee sonographers, participate in MDT meetings, and ensure adherence to departmental procedures and safety standards. The role requires providing timely and accurate reports and managing referrals as part of a busy team.

Qualifications

• Experience in obstetric and general ultrasound
• Ability to lead practical teaching sessions
• Maintain CPD and attend clinical meetings
• Ensure safety and COSHH compliance
