Job summary

Buro Happold Limited is seeking an O2C Transformation Manager to drive a large-scale transformation programme across Order to Cash processes. You will lead workshops with Finance, Shared Services and IT, map current and future state processes, and coordinate testing and deployment readiness to ensure successful adoption across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering finance transformation, process improvement or systems implementation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash cycle.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state process discovery and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing, invoicing, and cash applications.
• Support design and implementation of future-state processes and controls.
• Translate business requirements into system and workflow enhancements.
• Coordinate testing activities including SIT and UAT.
• Support deployment readiness, cutover planning and go-live activities.
• Develop process documentation and training materials.
• Deliver change management to drive user adoption.
• Track programme progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
