Job summary

Collinson Group in London is seeking an Order-to-Cash Process Analyst to help elicit and document requirements across billing, invoicing, credit risk, collections and cash application. You will map as-is and future-state O2C processes and closely collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Customer Operations and Technology teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, Lean Six Sigma, and strong skills in process modelling and stakeholder engagement.

• Proficiency in business process modelling tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process mapping projects across finance and operations.
• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate elicitation of business, functional and finance requirements across the O2C lifecycle.
• Conduct interviews and workshops with Finance SMEs and stakeholders to define needs.
• Develop a detailed Requirements Traceability Matrix aligning financial requirements with design.
• Produce as-is process maps and future-state O2C process flows.
• Support UAT planning and transition to BAU with training and documentation.
