Where you fit in
Based in the Southern North Sea, Operations & Maintenance Tech will be based on Leman Alpha. Reporting to the platform supervision team (Operations & Maintenance Supervisors), technicians are responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of installation plant and equipment. They are required to maximise and optimise production opportunities and achieve day-to-day production targets, whilst maintaining plant equipment, undertaking corrective and preventative maintenance tasks as needed. This includes investigating anomalies, front-line problem solving, and reporting/rectifying issues to ensure the processing and ancillary plant operate within the specified window. Ad-hoc visitors and vendors may also be directed by the Operations & Maintenance Tech.
Notification of business unit transition
This position is within the One Gas West asset organization. On 30th July 2024, Shell announced the sale of this asset to RockRose Energy Limited, a subsidiary of Viaro Energy. Upon completion, the successful candidate's employment will transfer to a Viaro Energy company under TUPE regulations, estimated for autumn 2025. Further details will be shared during the recruitment process.
