Position: Teaching Assistant (NVQ Level 3)
Location: Dulwich, London
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with an NVQ Level 3 qualification? Are you looking to join a supportive and flexible school community in the heart of Dulwich?

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Dulwich this September. You will work closely with class teachers to support pupils' learning, contribute to a positive classroom environment, and help all children reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils across a range of abilities
  • Assist the class teacher with planning, preparation, and classroom management
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
  • Support pupils with additional learning needs, including those with SEN or EAL

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
  • Prior experience working in a school setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed
  • An adaptable, proactive, and positive attitude
