Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a private day nursery in Gateshead that is rated Good by OFSTED and is looking to appoint a Nursery Practitioner on a permanent basis. The role supports children aged 2.5 to 4 years and offers a salary of £12 - £14 per hour.

The successful candidate will help provide engaging, age-appropriate activities while supporting learning, development and wellbeing within the nursery, bringing a caring, nurturing approach and strong teamwork to the setting.

Qualifications

• Requires an Early Years qualification.
• Experience in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Experience with children aged 2.5–4 years.
• Caring and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Positive and adaptable attitude.
